Indeed, on behalf the BIBAT community, allow me to particularly welcome the potential/new applicants, and appreciate them for taking off part of their time to check out this institution. Studying at BIBAT is indeed an experience of self-discovery, maturity and exploration of personal potential. It is imperative to point out that if you’re looking for an institution worthy a name, then BIBAT is the place to be. Our learning concentrates on Information Technology, innovation and Management specialties aiming at ensuring that our graduates are individuals who will make a difference in their lives, communities and world. We run a flexible teaching system that embraces both online and onsite learning to allow our students explore their potential as well as cater for working students.
To date the College boasts of a modern campus infrastructure with ample lecture theatres, a well equipped library, an internet connected computer library, a safe and well maintained students’ hostels among others.
The College is currently undertaking massive expansion of its facilities to accommodate the ever growing number of students. The College has now gradually built a reputation as an effective training institute for short, medium and long term academic programs. Most Private companies and Government agencies today train their staff at the College in short courses like Monitoring and Evaluation, Occupational Safety and Health, Labour Studies and Workers’ Rights, Project Planning and Management among others.
The College is also, through its partnership with Government, one of the premier training institutions for Pre-departure program for migrant workers. I wish to thank you all for the support that you have continued to render this College and pledge our renewed commitment to serve our country and region even better. The College operates under a two semester system with both January and August intakes. We are open 24/7 to attend to all our visitors and partners at the BIBAT offices in Iganga - UGANDA Off CMS Education Village at Bukoyo, Bulamagi, Iganga – Tororo/ Mbale Road.
